I really don't like bunk beds. The hardest part so far has been the sleeping arrangements in the larger boarding houses. But you can't beat dinner and a bed for 30 euros. Plus breakfast! I think it's worth it, so far...

I met a couple from NW Portland this morning. She is a retired Chemistry professor. Imagine that. π
It felt really good to leave the busy city and get back into the open air today.
